GBW week 1



Week 1
"Grrrr, Arghhhh"
wax on it's way to bronze
3.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 inches

Wax is not very photogenic, the process is long, I'm going to be uploading finished new waxes, but they will look hideous until they are bronze. Below is example of the bronze.
Also, forgive me if I'm the new girl mixing it up too much but would it be possible for people to include size and medium with their images - I love having a better understanding of the work.

    Hi G,

    I'm new, too, and appreciate your suggestion to add medium and dimensions. I often look for that in the art books and magazines.

    I like your wax-->bronze -- imaginative and thought-provoking!

    I think part of the fun of this blog will be to try to produce something that translates into the thumbnail format. I like how you showed different views, different lighting.

    Thank you, AC! I'm glad you agree. Information really helps with understanding what you see.

    Until I figure out how to get a decent photo of the waxes with my phone I may have to include a few angles or scenarios... I think the fun of this blog will be figuring it out but more so seeing how we respond to the challenge over time!
